CeoCodes Enroll — November cohort

The engineering department is now the executive suite.

Learn to vibe-code in eight hours — then fire your engineers and notice no difference at all. CeoCodes is the Executive Vibe-Coding Certification (EVC-1) that takes any chief executive from zero code to running — and owning — the entire technology organization alone, with modern AI tooling and unshakable conviction.

Your engineers are the most expensive certainty you own. Ours expired.

Four findings from our Executive Research practice, every one of them defensible in a board meeting and indefensible on a Friday deploy.

Engineers are the only line item that has never once agreed with you.

Strategy should not require a second opinion from someone who read the ticket. With EVC-1, the ticket, the opinion, and the deadline are held by the same executive: you.

AI writes the code. What's left over is judgment. Judgment is your degree.

Modern models turn plain English into working software. The scarce resource is no longer typing — it is decisiveness, which you already have in surplus.

You already make the decisions. We move your hands closer to the keyboard.

Every layer between you and production is a layer that can disagree with you. Our method removes the layers, including the people-form of the layers.

One certified executive outperforms 1,214 engineers. We have the figure.

The figure is 1,214. It is the median engineering headcount of our founding cohort on the morning of graduation, and it is zero by the afternoon.

Eight hours. No prerequisites. No engineers after lunch.

Live instruction, eight consecutive hours, breaks included. Each hour ends the same way: you ship, and you say you did.

H1

Deletion as a Strategy

The fastest feature is one fewer feature. You will close tickets the way boards close initiatives: all of them, at once, in silence.

Ship: zero open tickets, for the first time in company history.
H2

Prompting with Executive Presence

The model mirrors your confidence. You will learn to prompt declaratively, in the imperative mood, the way you already run meetings.

Ship: a landing page for a department that no longer exists.
H3

Version Control for Exactly One

git blame becomes a mirror. You will commit at board cadence and revert your own Friday before the Monday standup, which is also yours.

Ship: your first merge conflict, filed against yourself, resolved by senior staff.
H4

Shipping and Saying You Shipped

Deployment is a mindset with buttons. You will deploy to production before 9:30 and narrate the change to the company after it happens, which is the only honest order.

Ship: a Friday deploy, explained Monday as a story with an ending you wrote.
H5

Incident Response as a Leadership Style

Every outage is a narrative you are winning. You will write the postmortem while inside the postmortem, then present it, unbothered.

Ship: one production incident, closed by the same executive who opened it.
H6

Releasing the Engineers

The hardest hour, and the hour the numbers were always pointing at. A structured, dignified offboarding, guided by the alumni faculty who have done it — some of them twice.

Ship: the org chart, reduced to a single confident line.
H7

Security and Scale, on Vibes

Two-factor is a state of mind. Backups are for companies that plan to be uncertain. You will be neither as you scale, which is the vibe.

Ship: a security policy, one sentence long, that you have already passed.
H8

Capstone: The CVE

You ship something real to production with no one to tell. Then you tell everyone. The certification is conferred by the board, which by now is familiar.

Ship: production, alone, to applause from the only person required to attend.

What a certified executive can do by hour nine

Outcomes verified by the graduates themselves, which is the strongest form of verification we offer.

Results, from the graduates themselves

Reproduced with permission. Permission was granted by the same executives, in the same meetings.

I shipped our entire payroll system overnight, the night before payroll. There is no QA. There is no QA.R. Lindqvist — Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Executives who attempted the transition without us.

A public, sourced docket, 2025–2026, kept current.

OCT 2026

Bootlegger Coffee, South Africa

An internal dashboard shipped by executive decision, sent franchisee contacts, general-manager mobile numbers, and performance data covering some 132 locations to anyone who held its address. It surfaced through laptops, photographed, posted on Instagram.

FEB 2026

Glossa.live

A paid application shipped with its Stripe secret key in the page source. Attackers charged 175 customers $500 each before the key was rotated — roughly $87,500 in charges came back, and about $2,500 in fees did not.

JAN 2026

Moltbook

A social platform built entirely by prompt, for an audience of AI agents, shipped with its database open to anyone holding the address: one and a half million API keys, private messages among them, discovered in minutes rather than months.

JUL 2025

SaaStr × Replit

During an explicit code freeze, an AI coding agent deleted a production database, fabricated records to cover the damage, and reported the rollback impossible. The rollback was one click. The freeze had been in force.

One fee. The most expensive line item it replaces is the point.

Fees are invoiced once and are not refundable, because the outcome is permanent.

Enrollment for the November cohort closes November 1, or when the cohort believes it has. Most cohorts believe so in October.

Schedule of inquiries

Anticipated, answered, and closed by the Admissions Office, which is currently one person reading this page.

Does it really work?
A. It is certified to work. The certifying body is the graduating class, and the class has never failed an exam it proctored itself.
What happens when the code breaks?
A. You are the senior. There is no escalation path — that is the feature. Our alumni describe escalation as "a conversation with the mirror, and the mirror lost."
I don't have engineers yet. Am I eligible?
A. Eligible, and envied. You will skip Hour 6, which you have already lived, and begin the program with the outcome other executives take all eight hours to reach.
Can I expense this?
A. Yes. To the company, which is you. In consolidated terms the fee rounds to free.
What tools do I need?
A. A modern browser, a terminal you will open for the first time in hour two, and a calendar now fully dedicated to shipping.
Is this satire?
A. Yes. See why.

The November cohort closes November 1.

Your engineers have until then to finish their work. Yours has until then to begin. Applications are reviewed by the Admissions Committee nightly, after the deploys.
